30 Day Leg Lift Challenge

I was sans a fitness challenge the last two months.

I don't like it.

Need a new one!

And did you know May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month?
Well it is.


What haven't I don't yet.....?

Leg lifts!
Google "leg lift challenge".

Don't really like what's already out there.

Sigh. Guess I gotta make my own.


Voila!

I don't know about you, 
but I think also lifting your head is EXTRA CREDIT.

You know, my walking has made me lose fat around my middle,
but only some. Like on the sides. If you look at me from behind, you might think
I have a fairly nice, curvy figure. And maybe from the front as well,
But when  I turn to the side, you'll see my damn jelly-belly pooching out.

Hoping these leg lifts will help!
